One thing that I see happen a lot in here……and for some reason it still amazes me…..is the timing of the verses in chat. Chat bible bot has verses programed in it to randomly pop up at a set time interval. George chose the verses when chat was set up. For the time Ive been at worthy, I have seen the Lord time the verses just so to put an exclamation point to a conversation or to prod someone’s conscience. In chat, we have all seen the Lord use the verses to bring someone to Him.
This occasion was no different. We were having a discussion with someone about what it takes to be saved. That being raised in a Christian home and going to church with the family doesnt make you a Christian. That having that relationship with the Lord matters. Only Jesus saves. Right when we hit the end of that conversation, bam, up pops Romans 10:9-10
Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.
